and different client needs. It has proven to be

safe, confidential and highly effective.

EMDR THERAPY

EMDR is an evidence-based practice

that helps us integrate and heal trauma,

and other painful or disruptive experiences. Studies indicate it is successful

in treating panic, anxiety, post-traumatic stress,  sexual abuse, depression

and phobias.
