Starting therapy

Psychotherapy provides a space that allows us to rethink our lives and our relationships. By working with mindfulness practices and psychotherapeutic interventions informed by neuroscientific research, we can release old patterns, heal trauma, and live out our potential for happiness and inner peace.

The body is the center of our experience. Somatic psychotherapy can help us integrate our subconscious experience, and make what we think and how we feel more cohesive. Being more connected to our bodies and more present in our lives helps us feel more joy, love, confidence and inner peace.
